POSTPONED: TechnoBuddha at the Jodo Shinshu Center

As a Precaution in the CUrrent Environment

The TechnoBuddha Conference originally scheduled for March 20-22 has been postponed until this fall. Here is the announcement as taken from the website (link below):

Dear TechnoBuddha 2020 Registrants,

Thank you for registering for the TechnoBuddha Conference. In light of the increasing coronavirus/COVID-19 spread and concern for our attendees’ and workshop leaders’ health and safety, we will be postponing the TechnoBuddha Conference until the Fall.

For those of you that have paid registration online via PayPal, that money will be refunded to you in the coming days. For those of you that have booked flights, please first check with the airlines to see if you can get any refund or credit towards another future flight. If you need support with this, please contact us and we will see if we can use our emergency travel grant funds to assist you.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your support of TechnoBuddha. We will update you with the new date for TechnoBuddha in the future. For any concerns/questions, let us know.

The conference aims to provide an opportunity for young professionals to find a community of like-minded individuals and introduce Jodo Shinshu Buddhism to those who are interested in learning.
