BTSD Taiko Workshops

 Are you curious about what it feels like to hit the big taiko drum? Are you in need of a good workout for your body and mind? Are you ready to form wonderful friendships and have fun?  Great! Then these taiko workshops are for you!

 
 

 Buddhist Temple of San Diego Taiko is planning a series of six Beginning Taiko Workshops. The workshops are free to temple members and $10 per session for non-members. We are proposing separate workshops for 4-8 year olds, 9-13 year olds, and 14 years+ and adults. The tentative dates are listed below:

All Workshops Are on Sundays

 

August 28, 2022

10:00 - 10:30 (4-8 year olds)
10:45 - 11:15 (9-13 year olds)
11: 30 - 12:30 (14 years+ and adults)

 September 11 & 25, 2022

9:15 - 9:45 (4-8 year olds)
11:45 - 12:15 (9-13 year olds)
12:30 - 1:30 (14 years+ and adults)

October 2, 9, & 16, 2022 << updated Oct. 4, 2022

9:15 - 9:45 (4-13 year olds)
11:45 - 12:15 (14 years+ and adults)
