About Rev. Murakami
Rev. Murakami received Tokudo ordination in 2013 and Kyoshi certification in 2015. His bachelor’s and master’s degrees are from Ryūkoku University. Since January 2020 he has served as a minister at Los Angeles Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.

Each year our three temples, linked by proximity, join forces to present a meaningful experience to share teh Dharma: Orange County Buddhist Church, Buddhist Temple of San Diego, and Vista Buddhist Temple. Each year, one of the three makes primary arrangements, with this year’s hosting by Orange County.
