Last Chance for Intro to Buddhism until Fall

This Sunday, June 25, at 9 a.m., join Kaytee Sumida as she presents a basic introduction to the history of Buddhism and its key principles, as well as an introduction to our tradition and Temple etiquette. The class will meet in the Conference room on the Office level of our main building.

Following the class, attendees are encouraged to attend the Sunday service upstairs in the Hondo (main hall).  This Sunday, Rev. Laverne Imori presides, and members of the Covarrubias family, Lorena, Andrea, and Paulina, will chair the service. 

After this Sunday, the next “Last Sunday” program for Intro to Buddhism will be in September.

Class Assignments? Until the program resumes then, students needing to attend a service or interview a Buddhist for class assignment are welcome to contact the Temple for options.
