Join Us for Intro to Buddhism (Sangha Hall)

  • Led by Kaytee Sumida, Minister's Assistant

  • One-hour sketch of Buddhism, our tradition, & Temple etiquette

  • Great for beginners or students on class assignment

Join Us for Chanting Practice (Hondo [Main Hall])

  • Led by Rev. Laverne Imori

  • Primary focus on Shoshinge

  • New participants are welcome

Schedule

  • The Kansho (Calling Bell) calls us to service.

  • Robert will provide the musical accompaniment.

  • The Covarrubias Family welcomes us all with opening comments.

  • Sharon will lead us in ritual and share the Dharma Message.

  • The Covarrubias Family will offer closing comments, invite us to offer incense, and encourage us to join together for hospitality in the Dining Room on the Office Level.

  • Sharon will remain after the service to answer your questions.

Services typically end 11:15 to 11:30 a.m.

Following the service, please join us for hospitality one floor down,
in the Dining Room on the Office Level.
