Join Bill Teague, CMA, and the Sangha for October Birthdays and the Family Dharma Service

Events take place in our Hondo (main hall) 
on the top floor, unless otherwise stated.

The Family Dharma Service 

9:00 a.m. Chanting Practice in the Hondo. Optional. New members welcome.
10:00 a.m. Dharma Family Service in the Hondo 
                   
Bill Teague, CMA, will be our Officiant and Dharma leader.
5th - 8th grade class will Chair the first part of the Service.
Sharon Sasaki, CMA, will give the Children's Dharma Talk and the 5th - 8th Grade Class will recite The Three Treasures. 
Kaytee Sumida, CMA will Chair the second half of the Service.
Bill Teague, CMA, will give the Adult Dharma Talk and remain for questions after the service.
Robert Yamamoto will be the musical accompanist

The livestream is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.

The service is expected to end by 11:30 a.m.

For any guests with questions, our MA will remain in the Hondo for your convenience.

Hospitality is just one floor down from the Hondo, in the Dining Room on the Office Level.

BTSD 100th Anniversary Kickoff Event:
Sukiyaki Fundraiser Luncheon

On Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 12pm (following service), everyone is invited to a family-style, all-you-can-eat Sukiyaki Luncheon Fundraiser! There will be “special guest cooks” at each table, while you get a chance to catch-up with friends and fellow Sangha members.
Lunch will include all the fixings for sukiyaki, rice, tsukemono, and edamame.
Tickets are available for purchase through October 27th!
$20 Adults, $10 Kids (10 and under)
We are encouraging everyone to bring your own plate, bowl, cup, and utensils to promote an EcoSangha.
