Dana Group Thanks Temple Members For Their Generous Donations

The Asylum Seeker Donation Drive officially closed on April 28, 2019, and like always, temple members and Dharma friends stepped up to the plate and donated a generous amount of items sorely needed by Safe Harbors Network. These items will help feed, clothe, and provide comfort to immigrant families and asylum seekers who have come to the U.S. in search of a better future. Our contact at this organization was very happy when I recently called to coordinate the delivery. She was especially pleased about the baby diapers our temple donated (almost 400), since their stock was running low.

Non-perishable food items, clothing, toiletries and many other articles were donated. Here’s a complete list of donations that were delivered to Safe Harbors Network. Again, thanks to temple members and friends for their generosity.
