ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE

Dear Temple Members,
This is an official notification for the annual General Membership Meeting of the Buddhist Temple of San Diego, to be held on Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in person. All temple members are encouraged to attend this very important, once-a-year business meeting.
All members in attendance will be asked to approve the 2025 Board of Directors slate and other voting related issues.
A review of the temple’s finances and budget forecast will be presented. Ministers, committee, and organizational reports will be presented, as well as any new business.
Every member will have the opportunity to ask questions or voice concerns during the meeting.
A quorum of 25 dues-paying members is required to hold the General Meeting. We hope that you will demonstrate your interest in the affairs of the temple with your attendance.
The Board of Directors will provide the main dishes and you are welcome to bring a side dish to share. The meeting will be held after the service in the Annex Hall.
If you are unable to attend the General Meeting at this time, please know that complete copies or highlights of the meeting can be provided upon request.
I, along with the Board of Directors, extend a sincere thank you to our members for your heartfelt support over the past year. We look forward to seeing you on January 26th.
