Nembutsu Challenge @ Vista Buddhist Temple, Friday Evening Oct. 18

On Friday, October 18, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Vista Buddhist Temple hosts Nembutsu Challenge: Live in the Moment!

In the event, participants will practice living and thinking in the moment with various interactive scenarios and games.

Pre-registration is requested; The charge fot the General Public is $10 per person, with charges for members of the Vista Buddhist Temple and students is $5.

About Mizushima Sensei

Sensei Koichi Mizushima has served at the Sacramento Buddhist Church as a minister’s assistant since 2003 and as a Junior Young Buddhist Association advisor since 1998. With many years of experience working with young people and coordinating programs and special events, he was named as the Buddhist Education Youth Coordinator for the Buddhist Churches of America in December 2018. His lively presentations impart the Dharma with humor and candor.
