Returning to the golf course brought huge smiles, the rekindling of friendships and an enjoyable day of hitting the links on a beautiful day. What more could one have asked for?
The Buddhist Temple of San Diego (BTSD) held its first major fundraising event in over 18 months as 60 golfers participated in the 25th Annual Golf Tournament at Riverwalk Golf Club in San Diego’s Mission Valley.
BTSD wishes to thank the golfers, sponsors, merchandise donors and volunteers for contributing to a successful event. There were a number of team and individual winners as golfers from the temple Sangha and community enjoyed a wonderful day. Net proceeds will help offset daily operational expenses.
Very soon, the committee will begin planning for next year’s event. The temple looks forward to everyone’s participation in anticipation for a successful tournament in 2022. Fore!
