Please Help Temple with Food Booth for Cherry Blossom Festival
If You Have Volunteered for the Temple’s Booth at the Cherry Blossom Festival in the Past, We Want to Hear from You!
Note: Because of this last-minute request, we are restricting volunteers to Temple Members and Dharma Friends who have volunteered in the past. Volunteers are asked to take a 15-minute Covid test (supplied) before being allowed to prepare or serve food.
Everyone loves attending the Cherry Blossom Festival at the Japanese Friendship Garden in Balboa Park. The Temple will be there with its food both, selling our delicious chicken skweres with our special Sauce, along with other gochiso items.
We are short of volunteers and are asking our membership and Dharma Friends to help out.

FRIDAY, MARCH 11, 9 AM to 12 NOON
Washing and portioning the rice ahead of time.
SATURDAY, MARCH 12, 9 AM to 6 PM
Prepping and grilling chicken skewers, more.
