Rev. Laverne Welcomes You with Comforting Dharma, July 16

Rev. Laverne Shidou Imori welcomes you to our Temple for comforting Dharma. This will be our next to last service before our summer break Both young and old are invited, and families can sit together in the Hondo. (Dharma School classes resume in September.)

The Kajita Family, (Junko, Elise, and Tyler) will serve as our chairpersons. We will sing a gatha a cappella. We will have music as part of next week’s Obon service (July 23).

SCHEDULE for JULY 16

Optional Chanting Practice: 9:15 a.m. in the Hondo. All are welcome.
10:00 a.m. Ringing of the Kansho or Calling Bell welcomes all.
11:15 a.m. (approximate) Follwoing the service, there will be hospitality.
11:30 a.m. (approximate) Dance rehearsal for Bon Odori in our Annex Hall.
