to benefit Lahaina Hongwanji Mission and BWA

With limited spots for this English tea with luxurious sweet and savory dishes, our Buddhist Women’s Association invites you to secure your reservation before the event sells out.
This event will be held in the Buddhist Temple of San Diego Annex Hall, 2929 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92101. The Annex Hall is on the 2nd story of the building at the southeast corner of the property. Elevator access to 2nd floor via the glass doors in the Main Hondo building, northeast corner of the property. Deadline to submit your reservation and payment for your seat is Sunday, April 21, 2024.
Tips and Guidance as You Fill out the Form
Please keep track of your running total, as this form does not total the items for you.
When you hit "Submit," you will immediately receive an email confirmation of the number of seats reserved along with a link to the PayPal.me website, so please check your Inbox.
Enter guest(s) name(s). The number of guests should match the number of seats you selected above.
For example, if you selected 2 seats at $70.00, you should include 2 names. If you're not sure who you are bringing with you, you can put them under your name, such as Jane Yamada - 2 seats.
Please note if anyone has dietary restrictions (Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Dairy allergy, Nut allergy, Shellfish allergy, other).
You will get a chance to identify who you would like to be seated with, including yourself. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. There are six seats per table.
You will be asked to identify your payment method and then click the "Submit" button to complete your order.
As soon as you press the "Submit" button at the end of the order form, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to PayPal and as another option, the address to mail your check. This info should also come up on the screen immediately after you press submit, for a direct link to PayPal.
