For Sangha Only Obon and Odori, Pre-Order Bentos by Friday, August 6
For the convenience of our Sangha members attending the Obon Service and Odori on August 22, we are offering bento boxes to take home after the dancing. This way you don’t have to cook that evening.

Chicken Karaage and More; Also Vegetarian Option
The bento comes with chicken karaage, mixed tempura, chicken teriyaki, and rice. There is also a vegetarian option. Bentos are $15 each.
Order Deadline, August 6, 2021
All bentos distributed will be by pre-sale only. Online ordering is preferred or you can also order the bentos by printing out our PDF form to mail or drop off at the Temple.

Why Only To-Go Orders?
Please understand that the Temple’s cautious approach for Obon, at a time when San Diego is seeing an increase in Covid infections, means that for this event there will be no food service or consumption at the Temple.
