Yasukochi Farms Consumer Supported Agriculture Boxes
Many Temple members and Dharma Friends have already discovered the regular or jumbo produce boxes from Yasukochi Farms. Supporting responsible agricultural methods, each box contains a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Each box contains 11-15 items more quantity of the items in the Jumbo Box.
Regular Box: 1-3 People for the Week, $25.
Jumbo Box: 4-6 People for the Week, $35.
Strawberries — Never Sweeter!
We’ve ordered Strawberries from Yasukochi and now they are getting really sweet! April will mark the beginning of the traditional peak season for strawberries. The order includes three baskets combined in a box as shown. Each three-pack box is $10.
Ichiban Hillcrest Bento — Gochiso! — Choose Regular or Vegetarian
Ichiban Hillcrest is preparing custom bento boxes just for this event. Ingredients will include
Regular Bento
Chicken, 3 pieces of tempura veggies, tempura sauce, nishime (eggplant, shitake, carrot, kabocha, daikon, china pea), 2 pieces of maki sushi, daikon tsukemono, ginger, kuromame, and gohan (white rice)
Vegetarian Bento
Tofu, tempura veggies, sauce, nishime, 2 pieces of veggie maki sushi, potato salad, 2 pieces of egg roll, daikon tsukemono, ginger, kuromame, and gohan (white rice)
Pick up bentos so you don’t have to cook the evening of April 17. Each delicious bento is $18 with both a regular and a vegetarian option.
And Yes — Face Masks
Temple volunteers have tailored one-of-a-kind face masks for only $5. Many fabric options will be available at pickup.

Payment. You can order now and pay separately using several options. For example, the online order form already has a PayPal option link. You can also pay for the order after the fact with PayPal.

Note: You don’t have to have a PayPal account to use the link to pay by your credit or debit card. You can use the link as a guest to proceed. Many Temple members and Dharma Friends appreciate the convenience of using PayPal.
Also: Click on SEND and not on REQUEST. Depending on PayPal, your interface may show a REQUEST button. This is not the one you need. Instead use the SEND button to send us your request.

Hard Copy or Print. You may also print out an online order form, which appeas as the second page of the two-page flyer.
Mail or Email. Fill out the form and mail it to the Temple. If you have the ability to scan, you could also scan the completed form and email it to us at fundraisersbtsd@gmail.com.
Payment. Whether you order online or by mail, you can make payments by check, credit or debit card, or PayPal. The Temple will accept your payment by mail (our mailing address appears at the bottom of the web page) or online with your credit or debit card or PayPal account. With advanced notice, one of our treasurers can also take your credit card information over the phone.
Time to Pickup
The Temple will be open for drive-through pickup of your order, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 17.
